We aim to ship products straight after they are printed so they can reach you on time. Typical turnaround time is 10-20 working days depending on your product, quantity and customisation. Please contact us for more information if want to have special arrangements like "Fast Delivery".

The Turnaround Time, which is agreed with you for your order delivery, starts from the day you approve the artwork, design, and / or digital proof. If there is any delay during the approval of the artwork / design from your end, we will not be responsible for the delay in delivering your products on the agreed time. So we request you to approve the artwork as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

We are here to help so we try our very best to serve you with the highest level of customer services. We send the digital proof for your approval so that you can check your design properly and let us know if the artwork is "Approved for Printing". This procedure is in place to reduce any errors which can be incurred during the Printing and Production processes.

All customers agree not to hold liable for delays in shipments caused by bad weather, shipping company delays, customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

In case of delay due to technical problems due to equipment failure during the printing process, expedited charges will be refunded. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delay in the printing process.


We offer the following shipping options when placing an order:

For Overseas Delivery:

  • By Express Courier

  • By Air Cargo

  • By Sea Cargo

For Local Delivery:

  • To any China cargo's warehouse

  • To any China factory for further pre-packing procedure

All customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on good that are shipped to their respective locations. It is the responsibility of the customers to make arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered.


Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items (when compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery.  In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify and the delivery courier immediately.  We will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 2 business days of order delivery.  We will not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.


Each ordered product is usually shipped with few extra pieces that are free of charge. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered.  Printing trade standards allow for underages or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if exact quantity is needed, then it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.


Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped due to the fact that an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.


As all orders are unique, all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.


The customer must notify within 2 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products.  We will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 2 business days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written Return Authorisation Form.

All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.
